In accordance with paragraph 19 of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods purchased in the online store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The product must be returned to the workshop at Avotu Street 1, Riga, or to the Omniva parcel machine at Avotu Street 17, Riga, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The Omniva card must have the following information:
Recipient: Order number_return
Phone number: 23202626
Payment will be refunded within 5 business days after receipt of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please prepare the following information and attach it to the returned order:
- Order number;
- Product name;
- Reason for return.
Please make sure of these things:
- The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged;
- The product must be unused (no scratches, dirt, etc.);
- The product must be in the same condition as when received;
- It is not possible to return a product if it is made to order (special design, individual engraving, etc.).
